Byers Christmas Dec. 26th

So the strep throat fiasco messed-up our Christmas schedule, but Corey and I actually loved it, the schedule/not the strep. We were home alot and everyone came to us. We were home all Christmas Day- meaning that we didn't go to Carl and Sharon's or up to the Dalles to Sandy and John's; instead we were all here Christmas Day enjoying family (and NEW TOYS!!)

Now on the 26th, John and Sandy came down to do Christmas with us. Everyone was now NOT contagious, but they were all still under the weather. Grant was the closest to being on the mend!

Here are our Christmas angels.....
First were the gifts from Aunt Shannon and Uncle Cody, and Auntie Ashley!

Gabe was being a pill/weird about openning his gifts. Shy and didn't like the attention, but came off RUDE, so yes- he was hauled off by Daddy and spanked. Nice way to start off your day Gabriel..... knuckle-head!

They all got pajamas- Lightning McQueen for Gabriel, Thomas the Train for Gavin and Grant!

Here is Gavin trying on his new shirt. If he looks sad and like he is crying, well that is because he is. The CRAZY neck was TIGHT and I about ripped his poor ears off. I felt awful. Poor thing. Well and yes, then I had to take it off~ No better. Tears again.... ahh.....

Here is Gabe with his PAPA John. They were adorable snuggled up reading Gabe's new books he received for Christmas.

SHOES.... world's cutest shoes!!!!

Here are Gavin's new shoes! He LOVED them and wouldn't take them off. Much better than the shirt! :) I love pedipeds. They are the best shoes!!!! Look at him model them!!!

Here are Gabriel's new shoes/boots. They are stunning and he loves that he can get them on and off ALL BY HIS SELF!! What a big boy!

Ahh.... I goofed. I thought that this was Grant modeling his new shoes. He is being silly with Ma'z boots. Grant's were my favorite, almost like Gavin's, just slightly different.

Oh well, these were so generous and amazing. Thank you John and Sandy, we love you guys!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Gavin has now officially joined the strep throat club and has started his antibiotics. All of them had 103-104 degree fevers, wouldn't hardly eat and were EXTREMELY clingy. Hopefully we are on the mend.

Poor boys, Grant and Gabriel are on my lap and Gavin in in the blue. Once again the second Christmas outfit I purchased for all of the boys, didn't happen. That would be 6 adorable Christmas sweaters bought, not worn..... do you hear a flushing sound? That is me throwing my money down the toilet. Oops!!!!!!!!!!!

Basham Family Christmas 2009- Christmas Eve

Merry Christmas Eve from Gabriel, our newest member in the strep throat club. That morning we took Gabe to the doctor and sure enough, he had strep too- just like Grant!!!! He still looks awful, but I (it was ME) just had to go to my parent's house for Christmas Eve.

So this year we ate dinner, read the Christmas story, and jumped right into openning gifts. We didn't want to keep our sickies out late.

Grant opening his BUZZ LIGHTYEAR pajamas. Gavin recieved a pair too, and Gabe got WOODY ones. Thanks Uncle Andy and Sarah!!!

Corey and I got Toby Sponge Bob Cranium- A great game and perfect for a "Gamer"

Auntie Hannah got all of the boys THE CUTEST sets of hats and gloves. Gavin loves his Mickey Mouse set!

We got Lainey some "pirate's booty" and an Aeropostale shirt!
